At Music Fest 2025, your festival wristband isn’t just a ticket — it’s your all-in-one key to an unforgettable experience. From gaining entry to making purchases and re-entering the event grounds, your RFID event wristband is the essential accessory you’ll be wearing all weekend long.

All ticketholders will receive a secure festival wristband that grants them access to the festival grounds. These cashless payment wristbands are embedded with RFID technology, making them your entry wristband and digital wallet in one.

If you purchased your tickets early, your event wristband may have been shipped directly to you via mail. If you haven’t received it yet, no worries! You can pick it up at the festival box office by presenting:

Note: Wristbands are non-transferable and will be voided if tampered with, cut, broken, or lost.

Life happens — if your wristband is too tight, damaged, or accidentally removed, you can visit the box office to request a replacement festival wristband. There is a replacement fee, and our staff will verify your original ticket purchase before issuing a new one.

To avoid needing a replacement, be sure to follow the instructions when first putting on your wristband — they are designed to be worn for the entire duration of the festival.

Before the fun begins, don’t forget to activate your RFID wristband online or on-site, depending on festival instructions. Activation links and full instructions will be available on our website and at the wristband pickup area. Activating your festival wristband connects it to your ticket and payment method, enabling full access to the event.
